    Such a fun post Kim!!!!!

We have so much in common!
    I have worn false eyelashes….
and pulled them off at the end of the party when I was ready to go home at 4am. Dream Baby wasn´t ready to leave, but he got the point when my `chicken filets´ (stick on bra) landed in the center of the coffee table behind my eye lashes. He was shocked. I am happy to say the host and hostess are still my friends.

I have served drinks to many celebs, but Pink Floyd, the entire group with families including the cutest well behaved kids was the coolest. Or maybe it was Chris Farley, he drank diet coke and was one of the nicest guest I have ever waited upon.

I have hung out at soccer practice and games with Tim and Faith (our kids were on the same team). They are SUPER sweet.

I am the interior designer to SEVERAL celebs:)

Oh I had sex in an elevator. Don´t tell Dream Baby (it was before his time)

BTW Adam Levine is my pretend best friend on Twitter! He is so damn entertaining!

    Happy Halloween Girlfriend!

Kim, what a fantastic blog!!!! I think you’ve inspired us all to write such a list. Yours is funny, terribly sad, frivolous, deep–all mixed up together, and that’s what makes it so moving. It’s like a snapshot of life. Like you, I burn bacon every time I make it, and I’ve also read Lolita twice or three (maybe 4) times–it’s one of my all-time faves. And I don’t even want to think about all the junk food I’ve eaten. You’ve inspired me to watch American President (how did I miss that one?). Thanks for a wonderful post!

May I say I love, love this list! Some things of the things you’ve done make me giggle, others sad, and others remind me I haven’t done squat compared to you, sister! If I could add my humble shenanigans I would say, I’ve stood in the same bridge in Paris where that Sex and the City woman stood and I’ve eaten real Belgian waffles in Belgium. Oh, and I’ve ridden in a gondola in Venice! 🙂 Love, love this post, Kim!

Well, aren’t we all so blessed you survived and are here to tell us about these great things you’ve done. What a bore I must be…

Let’s see. I’ve been to Paris twice and went up the Eiffel Tower once. I’ve volunteered with a homeless shelter artists’ studio. More importantly than anything however, I birthed both of my kids naturally and they are absolutely beautiful! Me is lucky to have them.

    What a great list! I also enjoyed reading everyone’s comments! I’m fairly boring…..but here’s a few:

I used to stutter and had a lisp. Speech Therapy as a kid took care of that!

I used to shoot pistols competitively

I only do them for family members…unfortunately, my hands can’t take the work (arthritis FAR too young!) I’m making an all cheesecake wedding cake in July that I’ll be blogging about. 3 tiers (separate) of NY Cheesecake and 200 individual cheesecakes!

My niece asked for THIS exact wedding cake when she was 8…she’s now getting married and NEVER changed her mind!

Great list…must be so introspective to have put it together. I’m rather dull…but in keeping with my blog, I’ll make mine food related.

    1. Had the fire department come to my house with sirens blaring when my bubble roll syrup came out of the pan and started burning (flaming) in the oven.

    2. As a volunteer, organized 9 parties over two weeks at our yearly Decorators’ Showhouse to benefit the county hospital. (and I wore false eyelashes to one of them :))

    OK, well….

    1. Not yet…poking things around my eyes is not a wise venture. Though some of the newer sparly ones have caught my interest. Had a really funny episode with a friend of my falling asleep in hers and waking up wondering why there was a dead spider on her cheek….

    2. and 3. You suck–I LOVE them!

    4. Yep. That’s usually the way to do it.

    5. How brave of you.

    6. Popcorn poetry? I am intrigued…

    7. That’s more my dad’s thing–I’d be more likely to do that with HGTV

    8. Dark place to get out of. For the record, I’m glad you did (and I’m sure she is too…..)

    9. Of the three, I’ve been to the Bahamas. Hard to fully appreciate at the age of 14….

    10. walking (and MAYBE one day jogging) a 5K is the best you’re getting out of me. Running and I are NOT friends….

    11. I practice being blind a lot (specifically walking through darkness)–a skill I hope I’m not dependent on later in life….

    12. Me too, and I’d like to start up again ’cause I miss it.

    13. Not since the advent of the microwave and the George Foreman grill have I pulled that feat. Well, a couple times with the grill. But hubby still ate it…..

    14. Tried FOUR times to get past the first couple of chapters….tell me your secret!

    15. LOVE that movie. Don’t know which Michael to stare at longer…..

    16. Yeah….and one day I’ll figure out what to say when I get there….

    17. PERFECTED the “perfect” chocolate chip cookie recipe (largely tweaks on the Toll House recipe, but if I told you I’d have to….well, you know….)

    18. Change that to Moscato and there ya go….

    19. think I did that with brownies once. No one noticed but me.

    20. Must have been cool.

    21. Me too….that’ll be a blog one day, but some people have to be told and some issues resolved first.

    22. I live in New Orleans. We dress up YEAR ROUND. lol

    23. NICE! Got into Robert Plant in the 80s and was like, wait–he had a band before this?!?

    24. Yep.

    25. Does a chicken breast in apricot preserves count?

    26. Here’s the deal–you hogtie Lin-Manuel Miranda for me and I’ll try to chloroform Gaga for you. OK?

I’ll do my own 26 and tag you on it…..

Wow, what an amazing list for a truly amazing woman…

    Some of my things
1- Paraglided (want to do that again in fact, it was awesome)
2- Walked past Robbie Williams shooting a video in Marseille, he actually smiled at me but I didn’t recognise him until I was 50m further down the road (d’oh!)
3- Was late for my own PhD defence (not something I’d recommend as a rule)
4- Have wished I did believe in god
5- Once got sunburnt, drunk, stoned and one night standed (stood?!) on the same day (and the last three were the only time in my life- How dull is that?)
    🙂 xx
