May 22, 2011 at 10:06 amKim, I am so proud of ALL of you.
Jordan is quite a special son, as is Aaron and Michael. They are truly Kay’s legacy.
This whole tribute for Kay and the recognition of domestic violence touches my heart in ways I didn’t know possible. This reiterates the strong hold of our family and the amazing nurturing, love and devotion that we were all blessed with throughout the years. I am sorry I couldn’t get back to Duluth for this day, but please know that my heart and soul are there with you. I promise, I will plan ahead for next year. Meanwhile, I will be attending the domestic violence walk here in Mpls. in Kay’s honor.
I was so very HAPPY to see you last week…..I love you.

Dan Hanger
May 22, 2011 at 6:55 pmAs soon as I met Jordan, you could tell his mom raised him well. This story has forever affected me, and I was honored to tell it to thousands of viewers. Jordan’s courage to tell his story will change other people’s lives… and might even save some, too. Sorry I wasn’t able to make it to the walk. I was under the weather. Take care and stay strong.

May 23, 2011 at 5:44 am~~Dear, Dan,
During our darkest days, this walk was something positive for the first time.
I loved the interview with our Jordan. I was sooo proud of him.
We never thought something like this could happen in our family, but it did.
I still don’t believe it. Every morning, I’m like “What the Hell Happened?”
Kay willl Never be released. & she’d be sooooooooooo shocked that her face is NOW the face of domestic vilolence.
Thanls. Dan. Jordan really enjoyed his time with you.
Kim xx.
Lorraine @ Not Quite Nigella
May 23, 2011 at 12:00 amKim, you and Jordan do a wonderful job of keeping her memory alive and so that people don’t forget that this is a very real, very prevalent thing that occurs. I though he kept his composure very well. Meanwhile I was in tears thinking about you all xxx
kim sisto robinson
May 23, 2011 at 5:20 am~~Lorraine,
Even though you are a world away…
we still are so much the same….& very similar
issues affect both of our countries.
How interesting that you & your site have become part of
my healing process during the darkest days of my life.
