Skinny Bitch. Not Me.

Skinny Bitch.  Not Me, Babe..

~My world has been consumed by diet after diet:

Weight Watchers, Grapefruit Diets, Cabbage Diets, Poop Your Pants Diets, and Starve Yourself to Death Diets.

I’m sorry, but I have absolutely no empathy, or sympathy, or identify in anyway with the Skinny Bitch…..

whom after eating  two grapes exclaims, “Ohhhhhhh, I’m stuffed.”

….or walks into TJ Max asking the clerk where she can find size  negative 0 jeans.

 Are you kidding me?

Nope, can’t identify.

{Picture It}    Eighth grade gym class.  I’m standing next to Sue Rangy (you know who you are)  and she doesn’t know I exist.

She’s a supermodel.  A freaking Cindy Crawford lookalike.  A skinny bitch with thighs that don’t touch.

Ms. Turnbloom (better known as Sergeant Himmler) is making us do jumping jacks, which I despise since my boobs are too big and my exercise bra is shitty and I’m utterly out of shape…

But Rangy is performing them fluidly, flawlessly, and ferociously.

Anyway, Turnbloom crinkles up her little mustache and screams loudly,

“Heeeeeeeeeeeeey, Siiiiisto, lets get those legs and arms moving, Missy!”

Rangy stares over at me with her perfect emerald green eyes and scoffs.

And believe it or not…she scoffs in French.

The kind of scoff that says:  “You don’t deserve to breathe the same air as I do, Fatty!”

So…

That was the beginning of my loathing of the Skinny Bitch.

I resonate with the curvy girl, the chubby girl, the girl who will split triple chocolate lava cake with me.

I  recognize the girl whom, even in a size 16 dress, dances like the Sexy Drop Dead Diva she is.

I dig all my curvy sisters out there.

I know you.

I understand you.

I am you.

Tell me the truth, Readers….Do you love yourself just as you are now?

                        red plump lips

–If Not, I Luv U !

I love you too, Kim! But there are SOME nice, skinny girls out there. Don’t get me wrong: I hate nothing more than a perfect, leg/ass combo, and we all have our insecurities. Like you said, my life has been consumed by diet after diet. In fact, I can scarcely recall a time when I WASN’T monitoring my food intake.

    It’s exhausting, really.

But I’m sure even skinny girls have their insecurities. Society puts nothing but pressure on us ladies, and at the end of the day, we’re never good enough. That’s why (as you also said) it’s so important for us to love ourselves.

    I love you!

    XO

    YOU-ARE-GORGEOUS!

I love food too much to be obsessed with my weight. I am trying to lose 5 pounds that I gained over the holiday after losing 14 last year, but as soon as the weather gets warmer and I’m outside moving around and gardening I know I’ll shed them. But that’s not going to detour me from having ice cream, or that Snickers bar.

Some of the girls are scary skinny. I do know skinny girls who can eat like horses and never gain weight. I hate them.
I prefer the term chubby bunny or voluptuous myself.

No I don’t but I did quit trying to be perfect. Ze scoffing in French, let us put it into perspective: à l’intérieur de elle était jalouse parce que vous pourriez manger et elle ne pourrait pas, la VACHE – she was jealous, a COW. Gotta love Yahoo! Babelfish translator.
